I am a mother of 3 and during each pregnancy, I gained an average of 75 pounds. I was a small 115 prior to having my first child. At that time, I worked out every morning for 30 minutes. That was back when step aerobics was the popular thing. After each child, the weight was harder to loose and I would loose less "baby weight" than the last one.

I was so tired of looking in the mirror and not seeing that size 5 I used to be. In my mind, that was the size I was until I would look in the mirror. I also hated to go shopping for clothes because I could never find anything that I liked to fit right.

I was in bed when I saw the Turbo Jam infomercial. It looked pretty intense and exciting. I ordered it the next morning.

I have not stopped. It's addicting. I have bad weeks when I only work out a couple of times, but I just get back into the swing of things and all is good.

I can now shop in the regular size clothing and now love to shop. No more plus sizes for me!!!
