I turned 45 yrs old this year and am just one semester away of finishing law school at the U of U. At the beginning of 2008, I realized that I would be wearing suits within a year and there weren't a whole lot of suits out there in my size, so...I came here to become a smaller size!

I actually started doing regular exercising and eating better 7 weeks ago. So far, without P90, I have lost 23 pounds, but not gained much in muscle tone - which is why I switched to P90!! I just started this program on 4/6/08 and after 4 days I think I will stick with it. I can't wait to see the results in 90 days!
UPDATE: I've been out of the loop for quite some time - not because I stopped working out. But because I joined a gym and have been working out in the morning before work and going from the gym directly to work. That has prevented me from signing on WOWY for my workouts and as a result I have failed to keep my bio and transformation storyup to date. However, I am finally here to update my progress...
I completed P90 in July and was extremely happy with the results - I had lost over 20 pounds using P90 and dieting (Jenny Craig)!! I knew I still had quite a bit more to go so I focused on going to the gym 6 days a week and doing 50-60 minutes of cardio each of those days. I wanted to focus on cardio to lose more weight before focusing on muscle toning. This resulted in finally reaching my initial goal of 149 pounds this month!!!! That is a total weight loss since starting my journey (including before P90 at a weight of 245) of 96 pounds!! From size 22 to size 8!!
After getting to a healthy goal weight of 149 (YEAH!!!!!), I am now ready to rev up my workouts by combining my cardio with alternating days of weight training.
I'll be back soon with an updated photo and hopefully will return in another 3 months with a more toned me!!
