About me: I'm a nurse in a very busy ICU. When I'm not working, I love spending
time with my dog, boyfriend (not necessarily in that order!), friends, and
reading. I love to travel, going to new restaurants, and the Cleveland
Browns/Indians!! Go Brady Quinn!

Let me first welcome anyone who needs support in their efforts to feel free to
contact me. I am a COACH, and loving it!! I can help you reach your goals by
figuring out what works for YOU!, YOUR! schedule, and YOUR! body type. You
deserve taking the time for yourself to be healthy and happy. And the
Beachbody community is, by far, the BEST avenue to do so!

My transformation has been just as much mental along with physical. I've
always loved exercise, and started at a young age. It was a great stress
reliever for me. However, I took it to the extreme and worked out way too
much. As I tried to strike a balance, I worked out less and began to eat way
more (freshmen 15 in college became the freshmen 30). It took all of college
to get myself back on a routine and believing in myself again. The weight
came off so gradually, that I didn't even realize it at first. That's when I
realized that I must deal with the mental in order to create physical change.

Since then, I started working as a nurse, which has generated a whole new set
of challenges in terms of balancing care for my patients, those in my
personal life, and then...for myself. As you can imagine, by the time I got to
myself, I was just too tired to make an extra effort. I just wanted to catch up
on my sleep. My workouts were starting to become boring and seemed like a
chore. I desparately needed something different, seeing that I was heading
down the same path I took 10 years ago in college.

Enter Turbo Jam...Now I'm doing turbo jam along with my long-standing gym
membership and I love it. It keeps me on track when I don't feel like going to
the gym and, often times, gives me a much better workout. The
beachbody/wowy website addresses my mental component to working out
which has been instumental in staying positive and keeping myself motivated!
I've never been happier with a fitness product, and trust me, I've tried them
all! I truly believe that fitness is a whole-body experience that lasts a lifetime
when the support of others is available.

I am now a COACH and welcome any contact for anyone looking for guidance
(did I mention I used to be a former cheerleader!)!
