Here is a little about my background. Ever since I was little I've been fainting. In 1999, I was diagnosed with NeuroCardioGenic Syncope. All throughout my childhood I was the girl in P.E. with the doctor excuse telling the teacher if this child participates in any activity you raise the risk of her passing out during your class.

I've gone to the emergency room numerous times. I always felt as if I had no energy. I would go to a gym but could only be there for a few minutes before I was huffing and puffing. I was a 20 year old that felt I was 50! I slepted all the time, I was dizzy, I had no life. I was in constant fear that I was going to pass out.

In 2005, I found an amazing cardiologist who actually specializes in my disorder. He told me my blood pressure was so low that I could be walking and pass out. He was suprised I was doing what I was doing. He put me on a new medication and I swear it was a miracle. I totally changed, every time I went to the gym I wanted to see what I could do. Little by little I was pushing new limits at the gym.

Then life happened, with work and stressful hours I slacked off on my fitness routine. I went from running all the time to NOTHING! I gained 10 pounds in just one year! I felt like I betrayed myself. I have a difficult time with staying motivatied. I also have a addiction to food, but who doesn't right?

So in 2008, I wanted to take charge of my life and my fitness goals. I've seen the informercials for Turbo Jam before and one day I just said what do I have to lose? I was tired of the same boring thing at the gym...thats why I stopped going. In late Janurary I started my first workout with Chalene and her team. She is such a great motivator and inspiration, THANK YOU CHALENE! Now I work out to Chalene up to 3 TIMES A DAY! I never get bored, the music and the choregraphy for the workout keeps me pumped up! I'm excited to see the results that are going to arise. I not only have a healthier lifestyle but I have my life back.

So here we are in 2009, 25lbs lighter, toned and ready to set new goals! I'm looking forward to being able to teach Turbo Kick within next couple of weeks and setting new records for myself! Look out Florida!!
