I'm 50 years old. I looked up and realize that over the past 20 years, I've put on 100 pounds! Add to that my beautiful wife is a wonderful cook, it's hard for me to "push away" from the table. I bought the Power 90 dvd's 2 years ago and have never gotten past week 1 on the tapes. I just recently realized that I have sleep apnea and have probably never had a good night's sleep in the past 10

What do they say about the 'best laid plans...'? I haven't gained back any weight, just had a "pause" in my program. I'm still pretty active from having started BB last year, but now I have to move past my plateau and go all the way! So back to level one and one day at a time! I'm happy to say that I've worked it enough now that I can bend over while sitting and tie my shoes without losing my breath, and on 8/12/2007, I completed a half-marathon! I walked a lot of it, but I did each and every mile! I am now looking forward to activity now, running, playing tennis and spending my hour of quality time with TH! :) I have a while to go, but now I don't feel like I'm at the start of a journey, or looking up at a mountain; I'm finally on the first leg and looking forward to the next hurdle!
