I HAVE ALWAYS HAD WEIGHT ISSUES ALL MY LIFE. I WANT TO BE ABLE TO BE
HEALTHY AND FIT. I HAVE TWO CHILDREN AND GAINED WEIGHT IN BOTH
PREGNANTCIES. I'M NOT OBESE BUT I WANT TO BE THINNER; I WANT TO FEEL
GOOD, AND HAVE THE CONFIDENCE THAT GOES WITH IT. I NEED LOTS OF
MOTIVATION SO I HOPE I CAN GET WHERE I WANT TO BE USING THIS PROGRAM.

AFTER HIGH SCHOOL, AND ALWAYS BATTLEING WITH MY WEIGHT, I BEGAN
TO WALK ABOUT AN HOUR A DAY DISTANCE MORE LESS 1 MILE. SLOWLY
INCREASING RUNNING 2.5 MILES A DAY; HAVING LOST ABOUT 80LBS! More...

HAD MY CHILDREN AND HAVE GAINED ABOUT 40 SINCE AND HAVE NOT BEEN
ABLE TAKEN THEM BACK OFF.
I'VE JUST STARTED WORKING ON CHANGING MY HEALTH AND FITNESS LEVELS
AS OF 1/5/09. THIS YEAR IS THE YEAR OF CHANGE FOR ME. IVE BEGUN BY
WALKING, AND DOING SOME CARDIO WORKOUTS. AS FOR MY NUTRITION I
WILL NEED LOTS OF HELP. WHAT TO EAT AS FAR AS MENU IDEAS AND
OPTIONS.
I HOPE TO BE FIT AS SOON AS POSSIBLE DOING WHAT EVER IT TAKES TO GET
THERE. I WANT TO SEE IT I CAN DO IT.
