My name is Jeff. I'm 39 years old. I grew up in Idaho and have lived in Utah
for 13½ years. I have been married to the love of my life for just over 12 years now. I
have 3 wonderful children, 2 boys and a girl. They are ages 18, 14 and 10 with
my daughter being the youngest. I finish concrete for a living and don't
recommend it. It's very hard work! But it does keep me in shape. I love to
cook, go camping & fishing, watch sports (especially football) and hang out
with my family. We love to play games together and watch movies. I'm
looking forward to being a part of the Beachbody community and getting in
better shape.

actually had just the opposite problem of most people with any weight issues.

I have never had a weight issue except for being too small or too thin. I've
actually had just the opposite problem of most people with any weight issues.
My goals are to actually gain some muscle and size rather than to lose
anything. I mentioned in my bio that I finish concrete for a living. That's
partly what's kept me thin... that and a good metabolism I guess. But I would
like to start building some muscle and getting in better physical shape. I'm
also a smoker and am working on giving that up and also working on improving my health.
