My name is Justin. I'm a youth pastor in Sumter SC. I was actually raised in SC
and moved to Nashville for 4 years and am glad to be back in my home state.
The reason I've decided to do this program is because I want to be able to feel
good about my how I look, have more energy to spend time with my family
and my teens. About 3 years ago I was down to 185 lbs when I learned of the

good about my how I look, have more energy to spend time with my family
and my teens. About 3 years ago I was down to 185 lbs when I learned of the
suden death of my 23 year old brother. When that happened I really let
myself go and have ballooned up to 236 lbs. I can hardly walk up a set of
stairs with out getting winded.
So this is my attempt to get my old life back and be the person who I know
that I am.
