Bedford Heights, OH I am a physician who loves what I do and view it as the fulfillment of my life's passion and dreams. I currently reside in Bedford Heights, Ohio (SE suburb of Cleveland). I am originally from New York City. Therefore, I luv to shop and be pampered!!! I enjoy going to church, singing, working out (doing TJ/HHA/yoga) and being an encouragement to anyone who happens to cross my path. I started back in December 2005 using Turbo Jam. This came after years of doing Tae Bo off and on. Since starting Turbo Jam, I have gone down 3 dress sizes. I feel like a new woman!! I am now being referred to as skinny and can now fit into a size 6-8 pair of jeans. My fitness goal for 2007 was to get ripped/toned. I participated in three challenges during 2007. In 2008, I plan on participating in more workout challenges. I also plan on attending turbo camp and other MDB conferences throughout the year. In 2007, I incorporated HHA, yoga, Power 90 into my workout regimen. In 2008, I plan on doing the workout- Slim Series. My goal is to continually take my quest for wellness to greater and higher levels. I have always made it a point in my life to lead by example and not just by words. My medical background plus my knowledge of fitness has given me something that I would love to impart to those around me. In December 2007, I decided to become a MDB coach. I have quite a few friends, family members and colleagues that I would like to influence in a manner that promotes their overall wellness. In short, I believe that God has given us our bodies as temples. We should honor Him by taking the best care of ourselves, possible. I am truly committed to that!!
Update^^^^^ January 21st, 2008. The start of a journey via Debbie Siebers' slim training series. I am excited about this 4 week challenge. I am anxiously awaiting the results!! I finished this program on February 16th, 2008. The results that I have obtained from slim series have been utterly amazing!! My lower body has become lean and definitely more toned!! Debbie Siebers rocks!!
March- April 2008. I completed Slim in 6!! So it's official- I'm now a SI6 grad!!! Yay me!! My goals for 2008 is to continue a journey that transforms both my body and mind!!
May 2008- TaeBo- Transformation Training rotation (4 weeks)
June 2008 - I finished Debbie again- Slim Series!!
July- October 2008- I did various rotations... TaeBo, Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred and Shape Up Front and Back w/o programs.
November 24th 2008 - Present. I started P90X!!! Wow!! I am proud of myself for finally starting this. I am enjoying the program. I am definitely looking forward to some good results that come from eating as clean as possible and BRINGING IT during the workouts!!!
