Hi I'm Jackie Hicks, and I am 39 years of age a mother of three and a wife. You would think with three kids, that I would be fit and trim, nope not the case, I found that as I get older it's much harder to get the weight off. I have tried all kinds diets and excercise on my own and find it hard to stay motivated. Joining beachbody may be the motivation I need.
