I want to lose around 50 lbs if I had to guess. I tend to lean toward kickboxing type workouts so I am in LOVE with Turbo Jam. I am a sucker for an awesome soundtrack! I hope this is the start of something great for me, I hope this is the tool that will finally help me reach my goals.
