San Antonio, TX I'm 43, single and in good fitness and strength. I've been traveling doing things I thought I'd never do or try from jumping out of planes, swishing down mountains on boards/skis, riding whitewater, and climbing/hiking mountains. I've made some great friends along the way and many are continuous travel partners. After graduation from college, I spent the next 8 years running and maintaining my I'm 43, single and in good fitness and strength. I've been traveling doing things I thought I'd never do or try from jumping out of planes, swishing down mountains on boards/skis, riding whitewater, and climbing/hiking mountains. I've made some great friends along the way and many are continuous travel partners. After graduation from college, I spent the next 8 years running and maintaining my cardio but I was eating fast food 3 times a day and that just ain't healthy even if you think you're making up for it by running. As a single person, I find it all TOO easy to grab food on the go instead of investing time into getting the right foods to eat and prepare them myself. So I need to slow down and do this diet thing the right way. After committing seriously to working out using all the BB products, its time I incorporated the same committment to my diet and show what all this work has done. So...that's it. Hi folks...If I've been assigned to you as your Coach and you'd like to talk about your selected program or any of the supplements, the Beachbody rule is that you have to contact us first in order to protect your Privacy. So if you have a need, give me a shout because if they've come out with it, I've tried it or finished it. I've also been to several fit camps and worked out with many of the makers of these products. They are REAL people who REALLY care.
Tony Horton promised his program would change my body in 90 days and it DID. Finished 5 rounds of P90 just in time for Carl D and Tony to release P90X in 2004. I did several rounds of P90X then settled into a permanent Phase 3 cycling of those routines. I feel like I've gained a lot of muscularity, strength and definition. In 2008 I'm feeling that I'm ready to incorporate more cardio routines because dang it, BB.com keeps coming out with more fun fitness programs and I can't make up my mind. So I'm going to start a hybrid to incorporate running, some master series sweats, some Turbo Jam cause THAT chica is just too fun along with some of the P90X cardio routines. I'll still keep doing the P90X sculpt routines cause those are MONEY when it comes to real results. This way I have something new to look forward to every day. I do love these products, they WORK as designed and advertised. The key is YOUR committment. If you're on the fence...get it, use it, and bring it! You won't be sorry.
