I'm a divorced single father of a beautiful 8 year old girl who just happens to be my universe. I'm here to make sure that I'm making the right personal health decisions to ensure that I'll be around for the long run.

I'm 43 years old and work 2 jobs. By day, I'm an executive recruiter for law firms in the Metro New York/New Jersey area. By night and on weekends, I pursue my REAL passion: Music. I've had the good fortune to play all over the country and overseas with my music and am doing all I can to maintain that career and take it to another level.

Certainly, because of the demands on my schedule, it's important for me to make every effort to stay in shape to have the energy needed to continue to pursue my passions. I'm psyched to be here and have Jason as a coach.

Transformation Story

To date, I've been making it a point to go to my local YMCA for my cardio workouts (treadmill, bikes) and resistance training. This has been helpful in allowing me to maintain my current form, but I'm really hoping to bring things to the next level, as I am now in the midst of training for the New York City Marathon in November of 2008. It's important for me to improve my upper body strength and legs for such an event.
