Just to catch you up to present day……. Around my junior year in high school I started to really enjoy lifting free-weights and stayed at that consistently through high school. After I graduated, I implemented Whey Protein, Thermogenics, and I hate to say it but Testosterone enhancers. I was in the best shape of my life at that point, but the stuff I was taking shot my blood pressure through the roof. So much that my doctor made me stop taking all supplements and I couldn’t work out for 6 months. I was a commercial plumber so I still stayed in really good shape during all of this time due to the heavy material I was working with every day. I was a plumber for about 3 and ½ years and since I wasn’t really seeing any negative changes in my body, I fell out of the habit of working out and was content with just working hard. Besides, as long as I still had my abs, pectorals, and the arms of a Greek god, why would I work out at the end of the day? (I’m totally kidding about the Greek god part.) Anyway…. Time went by I got a desk job then I had the privilege of marrying my best friend and over the course of time quit moving and just ate lots of food…. Over the last 3 yrs I have been on a complete personal growth binge, listening to CD’s watching DVD’s, & reading every kind of leadership and personal growth book I can get my hands on. It finally hit me that while all of the things that I have been learning are great and should be mandatory reading in school; it does nothing for my physical health. That is what has brought me to this point in my life, just 7 years ago I was a lean 185-190, at this point I’ve packed on about 42 lbs and it’s time for it to come OFF!!! I started up P90x (OUCH!!!) and I know I am going to get the results I’m looking for!!! I am excited to partner up with you as we take this Million Dollar Body transformation, JOIN WITH ME AND LET’S CHANGE OUR LIVES FOREVER!

30 day update:
I had to back off of P90x due to a fast that I was participating in, I was not able to get the necessary calorie and protein intake needed for the P90x workout. So I did P90 3-4 series and a lot of bike riding and was fortunate to see some results. I plan to start up my P90X Classic routine on the 21st and fully plan on being in a lot of good pain =O)
