About 20 years ago, I use to work out alot. As of the last 10 years, I havent
worked out at all. I hope to get back into great shape and I am dedicated to do
so.

Transformation Story

I have started the program 3 days ago. Man am I sore!! Im on day 6 and on
day 4 Yoga was brutal. Week 2 completed, I gained alot of balance during the
exercises, and I have lost inches More...
I have started the program 3 days ago. Man am I sore!! Im on day 6 and on
day 4 Yoga was brutal. Week 2 completed, I gained alot of balance during the
exercises, and I have lost inches off my waiste, i put on some old jeans and
they were loose. Im really excited about what is happening to my body. Week
3 completed, im going to start over as a friend wants to do it with me now.
hopefully it will be good for me, just make the program 3 weeks longer..
After 7 weeks, I have lost 4 inches off my waiste and 30 pounds! Im so
excited, I played basketball last week and I was running the court no
problems with the people 20 years my junior. I start phase 2 today. I was so
busy working out and eating right, i didnt keep up with my story. So now I
am on my last 2 weeks of the program. I now love the yoga, as it gives me an
awesome workout, but this didnt occur until about 2 weeks ago. I am
extremely happy with my results and have recommended this program to
many people, as they have watched my body transform and ask how I am
doing it. I need a whole new wardrobe! I dont think I will ever stop doing the
P90x workouts, as they have become part of my normal everyday routine, I do
plan on getting the P90x plus and those new one on one workouts. June 30, I
start a new round of P90x. I hope to get my body fat to 10%. July 29, Im
down to
11% body fat and Im feeling great. I have been playing alot
of tennis and golf lately and both games are getting better, its also amazing
how much stamina I have in tennis, I can run all over the court and not get
tired :) October 14, I cant believe I won the september milliondollarbody
contest, I'm so excited. Now I'm going to work even harder for the
grandprize. I received the P90X+ and the One-on-One workouts and I am
incorporating that into my program. Oct. 17, I had my body fat checked
again and im at 8.25% Yeah, thats what Im talking about!! So excited! Oct.
29, I had my cholesterol checked its 160, down from 200, another notch
taken care of!! Since Oct 15, I have started trying to add weight and get
bigger, so I have another body change for January. So Im eating alot and
doing higher weight and lower reps, lets see what happens! Dec 11, I have gained about 5 pounds in lean muscle mass, now its time to rip up again for the January Contest, Im so excited!!! Jan 5. Last week before I submit for the Grand Finale Contest, I have now added a total of 10 pounds of lean muscle mass and I am finishing writing my essay. Im sending my submission to the Grand Finale today, wish me luck!
