Hi my name is Jazmyn and to be honest with myself and you, I am fat and overweight, I am tired of being unhealthy, sluggish, slow and I do not like the way I look in clothes let alone how I look naked(LOL!). So I have decided for myself to change myself, the way I eat and think and how I feel about food. I have a 3 year old daughter that I am raising by myself and I want to be around for her Hi my name is Jazmyn and to be honest with myself and you, I am fat and overweight, I am tired of being unhealthy, sluggish, slow and I do not like the way I look in clothes let alone how I look naked(LOL!). So I have decided for myself to change myself, the way I eat and think and how I feel about food. I have a 3 year old daughter that I am raising by myself and I want to be around for her as well as showing her good examples of eating, living healthy and exercising. So I am doing this for ME as well as for my daughter. I have given myself 1 year to lose 105lbs. I will be 145lbs by February 1,next year. I am determined, discipline and I believe in myself therefore I will achieve this goal that I have set for myself.

I bought my Turbo Jam tapes in 2006. At first I was just going thru the motions, but know I have now made up my mind to work hard and be committed to my weight loss and lifestyle change of eating, living and being healthly forever. I decided to "PUT" "ME" back in "ME". For myself and my beautiful daughter!
8/25/07 Well I have decided to set up 3 goals for myself: small, medium and large. My small goal is to have 5lbs gone by 8/31/07. My medium goal is to have 45lbs gone by 12/31/07. And my large and final goal is to have 55lbs gone on 8/6/08-my next birthday!
Update 3/27/08: Today is my fresh start, all the others were false starts I am now ready and committed to me for me. I will check bk periodically and update you and myself on my weightloss goal.
4/26/08: Well I had fallen off the wagon. LOL! But I am back on track now, so I will keep it up this time!
