I am 31 years old and active duty for the military. I am married and have a wonderful 2 1/2 year old boy at home. I do physical training three times per week. However, the "PT" I have been doing has had minimal or no impact in helping me improve my physique. I have been able to maintain my current weight but have been unable to lose in order to build more defined muscle.

I had been out of the military for about 3 years and ballooned from 160 lbs to 215 lbs. In 2001 I worked my way down to 162 lbs and rejoined the military. I have started, over the last couple years, to slowly gain back some of that weight (5-10 lbs). I plan to work to get my metabolism back up and build the preverbial "6-pack" I sported in high school. I am starting this by doing the Hip-Hop Abs which should be arriving shortly.
