I guess I should do a bio now that I'm a "coach". I am 32 years old and have battled with my weight most of my life. I got engaged in November '07 and will be getting married this November in Hawai'i. That is one of many reasons I want to lose weight and get in shape. No woman wants to be a fat bride even if they are eloping.

Update: Ok, so now I'm not only going to be a fat bride, but I will also have a big preggo belly too. But it will be worth it.

My transformation is just beginning, so there isn't much to write. I recently had a fire at my house and have been dealing with that. It's a lot to deal with and pretty stressful, so I got a little off track. I'm trying to get back on track with only a few of my Beachbody videos and no hand weights, etc. since most of my stuff is being cleaned and then stored by the restoration company. I also have no scale at the moment so I don't know how much I weigh, but I can tell by my clothes it isn't good. I'm hoping to weigh myself in 3 1/2 months when I'm back in my own house to find some fantastic results. Wish me luck!
Update: I'm still not back in my house and, the big news is that I am 3 months pregnant! So the weight loss has been put on hold until after the baby is born. My goal now is to try to minimize my weight gain. I haven't worked out in months due to the fire and being displaced, first of all, and second, the "morning" sickness has been kicking my butt. Now that I am in the second trimester, I'm starting to feel a little better and hope to start exercising again but will keep it much lighter. The doc says I can exercise but I have to keep my heart rate under 140. That shouldn't be a problem. Wish me luck with finding the energy to get off the couch and do something.
