I have been overweight most of my life. I have been on about every diet and weight loss program out there. I really don't like to exercise, but realize without it, I will never be able to maintain a healthy lifestyle. I am just starting out and am looking forward to a healthier and better life. This is the beginning of the journey, but so far, it has been a good start.
