Melbourne, FL My roots are from a big Italian family that loved to eat. There was literally gourmet food all around me growing up and everyone was heavy. When I met my wife, she introduced me to the world of exercise and a better eating regimen but I have to say its been very hard for me to get with it.

This year I decided to lose the weight using the P90X program and get back on track with a healthier lifestyle.

I am 41 and live in florida. Its been some time since I worked out and ate regularly. Week 3 of P90X really opened up for me, I decided it was time to suck it up and stop pausing the program. I appreciate all of the help received fro my coaches and friends in the P90X message boards!
Last year I weighed 205, the P90X program has helped me really lose the weight, build muscle, and give me a look that I haven't had in many years. All of my family and friends are commenting on my new look!
We went on a ski trip in early April, one of my goals in February was to be fit and weighing in at 175 by then (which will be 60 days into the program). After sticking to the workouts and the diet plan people are starting to notice my progress. It can be done!!! A big thanks goes out to P90X and my wife for all of her support through this time. My latest goal is to run in a 5K race.
