I just hit my 32nd birthday 4 months ago. A few days after Christmas, I weighed in at the highest I have ever been; 278 lbs. I had a physical recently and found out that I have a fatty liver and luckily, after testing, did not obtain diabetes. With my nasal surgery in the first week of Jan, I knew I wasn't allowed to put any strenous activity on my body. Therefor, I made my trip to the grocery store and started following the recipes provided on p90. 16 days of better eating w/out excercise, and I lost 16 pounds. Incredible. Now that I'm mostly healed, it's time to find out how much more incredible my results will be including daily exercise!
