I am a Sales Support rep for the largest Christian credit union in the US. Our campus provides a beautiful environment and gym to enjoy, as well as getting to work with a really fun group of people. I am very proud of my two sons, a 28-yr-old in the Army (a talented trombone player & skilled programmer) and a 26-yr-old in the Navy (an excellent writer and artist, and a real man's man). I'm very involved at my non-denominational Christian church (awesome church!), directing our media team which films and webcasts all our services. Besides working out, I love playing beach volleyball every Saturday morning with a group of great guys who I've been playing with for the past 7 years. Bible study, movie filming and editing, graphic arts, horses, and leading The Truth Project study groups (an incredible DVD series by Focus on the Family), being instrumental in seeing people get set free from their hangups, and introducing people to Jesus Christ are among my other loves.

3/5/09 - I've completed P90 twice in the past 4 years, and now am starting on my third time. Some friends at work wanted to try P90X but we thought it would be too high a gradient for us, so we've started with P90 for the first 4 weeks. We plan on starting P90X in April. We're doing this in the early morning before work at our company's gym, which is a 45 minute drive for me. Makes for a very early morning!
