A couple of months ago, I went on a stunning backpacking trip with my mother and boyfriend who are all are part of the TBB family. Though we were all in great physical condition, I managed to sprain my toe. It was a tiny injury but a big pain. In short, I have spent three weeks in bed, two weeks on crutches, and two more weeks in a special walking shoe. It is my hope that I will be able to workout more soon. As of now, I am limited to walking gently around my neighborhood. I am looking forward to healing and returning once again to all TBB has to offer.

Great news!! My toe is finally healed and I can return to working out. I decided to buy an extension for my mountain bike that will allow my dog to run with me. I can't wait to get into the Los Angeles hills again!!!!
