I HAVE 2 GREAT KIDS MIKE WHO IS A FRESHMEN IN COLLEGE AND MAEGHAN WHO IS 8 GOING ON 18.I'M A BLACKBELT IN AMERICAN KENPO KARATE ALTHOUGH I HAVE NOT TRAINED IN KENPO FOR AWHILE. I WAS TRAINING IN MIXED MARTIAL ARTS UNTIL I DISLOCATED MY ELBOW AND TORE ALL THE LIGAMENTS AND TENDONS.

I HAVE BEEN UP AND DOWN WITH MY WEIGHT. I BE MOTIVATED AND GET IN DECENT SHAPE BUT THEN I WOULD SLACK OFF AND GAIN AGAIN. MY DIET IS AND WILL ALWAYS BE THE BIGGEST CHALLENGE FOR ME. I ALWAYS BEEN ACTIVE BUT I'M OLD SCHOOL WITH 3 MEALS A DAY DIET. I HAVE WORKED 2ND SHIFT OR HAD SOME KIND OF CRAZY WORK SCHEDULE FOR MOST OF MY ADULT LIFE. I ALWAYS ATE RIGHT BEFORE I WENT TO BED. I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED TO HAVE A SIX PACK. AFTER WATCHING THE P90X INFOMERCIAL ABOUT 10 TIMES I DECIDED TO TAKE THE PLUNGE. I'M ALMOST AT 30 DAYS IN AND I FEEL GREAT!! MY DIET IS STILL MY BIGGEST CHALLENGE, BUT I'M GETTING BETTER EACH DAY.I HOPE TO INSPIRE PEOPLE TO BECOME THE BEST THEY CAN BE. LIKE MY COACH KIMBERLYM HAS DONE FOR ME. KEEP PUSHING PLAY.
