I am a ski instructor/now a supervisor for Vail Resorts in Breckenridge, CO. In the summer I work for a forestry company, but don't get enough outside time. So I ride my bike for an hour twice a week. I want to lose weight (it started adding up after 40) and be sculpted again. I used to be known as a "hardbody" in my 30's when I rockclimbed and telemark skied regularily. I always worked out in

So I ride my bike for an hour twice a week. I want to lose weight (it started adding up after 40) and be sculpted again. I used to be known as a "hardbody" in my 30's when I rockclimbed and telemark skied regularily. I always worked out in gyms, but live so far away and commute 2 hrs a day to my jobs in Breckenridge that it is hard to find a gym, plus I'd have to pay a nonresident membership. So I am trying Beachbody to get back to a regular program, I always feel more energized and happier when I am in shape. I do eat well except splurging on chocolate now and then. I also train horses and teach lessons. I try to ride 3 times a week, one or two of my three horses.
