My name is Kat and I am a stay-at-home mom of two little girls. I was in the worst shape of my life in the summer of 2007 and decided I was tired of being tired and out of shape in September 2007. I began losing weight and working out about 3 times a week. I have increased that to 6 times a week and my plan is to maintain my weight (after I lose this last ten pounds) and decrease my body fat
