When I moved from upstate NY to Baltimore in 2001 to be with my now husband, I really let myself get out of shape. I used to take dance classes 5 days a week and was used to being active. After relocating, I needed to find something to get me back in shape and I found Slim Series, Turbo Jam and P90X.

I got pregnant in 2005 and continued to workout through my pregnancy. I only gained 25 pounds

Prior to getting pregnant in January 2005, I had completed a couple of rounds of Slim Series and 2 rounds of P90x. I was in great shape!!! During my pregnancy I continued with SS, used some light More...
Prior to getting pregnant in January 2005, I had completed a couple of rounds of Slim Series and 2 rounds of P90x. I was in great shape!!! During my pregnancy I continued with SS, used some light weights and found Turbo Jam!! I loved Turbo Jam and couldn't wait to start it up again after my beautiful baby girl was born in October 2005. Turbo Jam got me back in shape very quickly and I wanted to share my love of Turbo to the world, so in January 2007 I became a certified Turbo Kick instructor!

In December 2008, I completed another round of P90X- my first since the birth of my daughter 3 years ago. I got gret results but couldn't wait to take it up a notch with Chalean Extreme which I started at the end of December. So far I've gotten great results. I can't wait to see what 90 days brings!

Update: I've completed my first round of ChaLEAN Extreme and have started a second round. I'm in love!! No other workout has ever changed my body the way ChaLEAN Extreme has. I actually have abs!!
