I am 49 years old and have been doing P90 for a year off and on. It is time to
move up to the next level and "bring it". I am making this decision to move
into the 50th year of my life in great shape.

We love to travel into new places and meet new people. One of our favorite
activities involves backpacking, hiking and reading. We love to hike
throughout the Pacific Northwest, or Montana, or now Europe. Coffee is a
huge love of our lives so you might find us enjoying a cup on some
boulevard enjoying life.
Because I love being active, and hiking is one of my favorite activities, I am
working the P90X to get it up and keep it up. The process of working out was
part of my earlier years but it lagged to off and on for 15 years. More off than
on. I picked up cycling and find that to be my primary joy for cardio
workouts. I never spent alot of time working on my upper body or my core
since I quit competing in sports. Now however, I started up with P90 and
worked it. I have now completed one rotation through P90X and I am in the
best shape of my life since college.
