I've been struggling all year to get into shape and be diligent enough to eat right. I've dropped about 20 lbs but now I want to go for some muscle tone! I started P90X 9/17 and have had a slight downfall for a week but am now back "on the wagon".

My goal is to finish this round and hopefully move onto a second round of it.
