Transformation Story

Week 1. It is great to finally get myself going on this program. I quit smoking on October 5 and have started my new way of living on November 5. The workouts with Shaun T are fun and energizing.  More...
Week 1. It is great to finally get myself going on this program. I quit smoking on October 5 and have started my new way of living on November 5. The workouts with Shaun T are fun and energizing. I can already feel muscles that have been asleep for many years. The hard part for Week 1 is the proper eating. It is hard to feed a family and eat right with low calories yourself. I was not perfect this week, but next week will be a little better. I am down 3.5 lbs and a half inch on my thighs and waist. No complaints here.
Week 2. The transformation has already begun. It is amazing. I only lost 1/2 a pound this week but I lost 1/2" off my chest, 1 inch off my waist and 1" off my hips. I am replacing fat with muscle and for a while that will keep my weight level. I know that this will change. I am still not eating perfectly. Must buy the meal replacement.
Week 3. Made it through another week and I can not believe how much stronger I feel. I have really enjoyed the change in energy and also seeing some more weight/inches drop off. I am pleased I made it through Thanksgiving and still managed to drop 2 pounds this week. Thank you Shaun T!!! I couldn't have done it without you.
Week 4. Here I am at 1 month into the program and I am loosing weight and inches. I have dropped from 140lbs. to 133lbs and have lost 3 inches from my waist, 2.5 inches from my hips, and inches here and there from other parts of my body. It is cool!!! The workouts will be harder this month but I am sure that the changes will be even more evident. I am looking forward to seeing that body that has been hiding from me over the last 10 years... I know it is in there.
Week 5. The workouts went great!! Although moving to the Level 2 programs were definitely more work. My diet was good from Monday through Friday and then Sat. & Sun. I blew it. I also missed my Saturday workout which really bummed me out. My weight pretty much stayed the same. Goes to show you how easy you can "mess up".
Week 6. Went well but there were days I worked out late. Got to stay focused and motivated. I lost another pound though... yeah!
Week 7. Wild time of year... Christmas is a week away. Lots of parties and eating out. Being good though. Lost another pound. Getting to my workout is harder...
