I am a retired principal of 17 years with an additional 18 1/2 years of teaching experience. I have seen the body, which is in much less than desirable shape, for too many years. I have tried many diets and exercise programs, including an aerobics class at the YMCA where I was an assistant and a teacher. I did Power 90 about 5 or 6 years ago and missed only 2 days in the entire 13 weeks.
