I did Power 90 about 5 or 6 years ago and missed only 2 days in the entire 13 weeks.

My daughter is an MDB member who works out regularly. She is the one who encouraged me to get started again. I joined MDB in April 2007 and did not begin much of any type of workout until June 2007. I started out very strong - then slacked off many times. Getting started again is very difficult.
My daughter has been a very positive encourager, for which I am most grateful. Even though she lives in Maryland, she pushes hard. Now I am getting back into a regular routine. We are training for a half-marathon in Florida in February 2008. She has completed one before. I just want to finish.
Many THANKS!!! to all of the WOWY Buddies who have been such an encouragement to me, especially Dragonmouse. I will reach my goal of losing 80 pounds! At the end of school I weighed between 207 and 211 pounds in clothes. Today I weigh 194 pounds in my workout clothes. I will update with my measurements later.
