My name is Kessy I live in Missouri....Boring i know...
I am happily married with two children one I had December 15th 2006. I love to fish, swim, and shop, and photography. I have restarted power 90 in hope to reach my fitness goals once again.....Wish me luck..

The Latest.....I was finding it hard to work out everyday with a newborn and a five year old, so i mainly concentrated on my weight because for my height it was very unhealthy to be over 209. SO now I am down to 179 and i feel great. Im trying to concentrate more on working out now since i have the diet down. I still have plenty to loose of course but I already feel better!!

Transformation Story

I started Power 90 In Febuary of 06. I almost got to day 60. I had lost 30 pounds and was feeling great but I got pregnant, which was planned but It hadnt happened for two years so i thought i would be able reach my goals to get preganat. NOw Im back up the 30+ some and Have to begin again...Im hoping in about 7-8 months I will have a great transformation story!!!
