Hello All. Hopefully this will be the beginning of the end of a very long journey ;) I have been regularly dieting for about 7 years. It started after the birth of my 3rd child when my weight hit an all time high of 230. Since then I have yo-yo'd between 150 & 180, still keeping off the initial 50 pounds.
