I am a Team Beachbody Coach and I can assist you with your health and
fitness goals! I am also a licensed Physical Therapist and a Performance
Enhancement Specialist. I have devoted my entire life to studying the human

I was fortunate enough to receive a full-ride basketball scholarship to the
University of Michigan, where I played for four years. We practiced for 3.5

I was fortunate enough to receive a full-ride basketball scholarship to the
University of Michigan, where I played for four years. We practiced for 3.5
hours every day, and it was the most intense exercise one can imagine. By
my Senior year, I was in the best shape of my life! I was (am) 6’0” tall,
weighed 155 pounds and had 5% body fat! I had the perfect body!

My trouble with gaining weight began when I started graduate school for
physical therapy. I went from 3.5 hours of exercise, to sitting in a classroom
for eight hours. There was no time or energy for exercise. But this, alone,
may not have been a problem. The problem was my diet. I never had to
worry about what or how much I ate because I burned so many calories while
playing basketball. Unfortunately, I kept eating like that and I started to gain
weight. Initially, I was okay with it because it is hard to maintain 5% body fat
when you are not working out. But then I started feeling sluggish and
fatigued a lot faster than I was used to. Fast forward a little bit…


I moved to Illinois to begin my first job as a Doctor of Physical Therapy in
2005. Not much had changed with my diet, but I did join a gym to start
working out. I lost a little weight, but I was bored, and had reached a
plateau. One day, there was an announcement at work. There was going to
be a 90-day Body Fat Challenge! There were no rules, and all was fair game.
The only thing that we had to do was weigh in, get measured and have
pictures taken. At this point, I needed a workout program that was going to
give me results!

I was watching television two weeks before the Challenge began, and I saw
the P90X infomercial. I thought to myself, P90X might actually work! So, I
ordered it. To make a long story short, I WON that contest, and a flat screen
computer monitor. I lost 17 pounds and 9% body fat!

Unfortunately, I took the following five months off and gained most of that
weight back. I was just so tired from doing the Doubles version, and I
needed a break. I never utilized the Message Boards, WOWY or my Coach. I
think if I would have used these things, I would have never taken the time off.

Since then, I have used Turbo Jam, P90X+, Ten Minute Trainer, Power Half
Hour, Slim Series, Rockin' Body, Hip Hop Abs, One-on-One and ChaLEAN
Extreme. All which have helped me reach my ideal weight!!

I can help you in many different areas of your life. I can help you lose weight,
become more toned, improve your nutrition and even give you advice on
nagging injuries and how to prevent them. If you are committed to working
