I am a 40 year old single mom. I work 8-5, and run my 13 year old son from school to sports. I try and juggle spending time with him, household chores and finding time for myself. Time for myself has been neglected hence the new workout program.

I have tried to get into a gym for 20 mintues a day during work. I also make sure I eat at least three meals a day and watch what I eat. I havent been able to lose any weight unless I do a full fledge fast. So my body maintains the weight. I plan on adding cardio and trying to change the things I eat by following a professional plan.
