Didn't want to be 40 and fat but that came and went so now it is I don't want to be 50 and fat so I have to get at it. Want to drop some pounds and tone up; just be healthier.
I am a Breast Cancer Survivor (almost, find out on 2/18/09) and that was the last hit in the head to tell me to get fit.
