I'm 42, and I used to cycle a lot. Little by little, my lifestyle has changed, and now I find myself overweight and in pain. My knees, my back, my shoulders -- it feels like I'm falling apart!

This isn't me, but I also know I'm not the kid who could just get on his bike and go out riding for hours. Simply exercising to get my metabolism to kick in isn't going to work anymore. I need to be smarter
