Well it is time to take my workouts up a notch. After having two children I
had let workouts slide a little and as the years went on so did the weight.
Finding myself at 40 now, I was a little disappointed with how much I had let
myself go and am now determined to get back to my pre-kids body and am shooting for a size 5.
