Well it is time to take my workouts up a notch. After having two children I
had let workouts slide a little and as the years went on so did the weight.
Finding myself at 40 now, I was a little disappointed with how much I had let
myself go and am now determined to get back to my pre-kids body and am shooting for a size 5.

A friend of mine had turned me on to this program. He is overseas serving our country. He just raved about the benfits of this program. And I will my success to him and a healthy dinner.
Being a single mother of two very young and very energetic boys, I realized
that I needed to step up my game a bit to keep up.
Then throw working full time as a Project Analyst/ Implementation Specialist, going to school full time to earn my degree in Business Systems Analysis, taking care of 8 year old Rott, my house and being very active in my
church on top of that, I needed to make sure that I had enough energy and stamina to
keep me going all day long.
They say life begins at 40 but I want to have the energy as if I was 20 and am
now ready to Bring It!!
