A LITTLE OVER TWO YEARS AGO I JOINED BEACHBODY BECAUSE I WAS
OUT OF SHAPE. IV'E ALWAYS BEEN THIN, BUT AREAS WERE SAGGING

EAT TOO MANY DESSERTS! I STARTED EXERCISING TO THE SLIM AND SIX DVD AND FOLLOWED A HEALTHIER DIET FROM APRIL UNTIL SEPT., WAS FEELING GREAT, FULL OF ENERGY AND MUCH HAPPIER!
