My transformation is just beginning. I've realized that the only way this will happen is by hard work, determination and persistence. Although growing up I was never obese I always felt fat and honestly could have lost around ten pounds. I hated the yearly physicals in junior high gym because I couldn't finish the running without walking most of the way. High school wasn't much better, but I had invested in a home stepper and had aerobics and a weight training class for the first time. I learned to really like weight training, but unfortunately we moved and I wasn't able to continue in High school. I've done aerobics on and off, but always carried around at least 10 to 20 pounds more than I should have. After getting married and then three pregnancies where by the end I weighed well over 200 pounds I have struggled to get my weight back down. I've started my progress and I'm currently down 11 pounds from where I started and around seven inches. I will continue this journey...
