Hi! I'm Linn! I'm a Licensed Massage Therapist in Ohio. Here is my history of weight loss and improved fitness. Last year, I lost 40 pounds in 6 months using Slim Body Coach and some of their supplements. I went from an 18 petite to a 6 petite in jeans. I maintained my weight for another 6 months, but a medical condition flared up, my daughter needed a lot of my time, and I put my exercising and proper nutrition on the bottom of my priorities. (Will I never learn??) So, here it is, 4/29/09 and I've been dealing with a herniated disc in my neck and degenerative disc disease for too many months now. My 12 yr old daughter is going through some chronic genetic disease complications (major Pain issues) and I've focused on taking care of the family and healing my disc herniation. My weight has increased: due to lack of exercise and poor diet. I'm not making excuses here, just being truthful.There have been moments where I was able to attempt some exercise, but I did not keep at it faithfully or often enough to maintain. I've lost muscle strength and gained back some fat. So- now that things are 'better', I'm using Slim in 6 to get myself back on track. It's important to remember it is ALWAYS the right time to work on improving your health. Even when other things get in the way of taking care of your personal health- don't let that become a permanent excuse that keeps you from making important changes. Do your best to eat right and get exercise in when you can. Make it a priority as much as possible. Learn from what happened to me. I want to lose 30 pounds now.(I gained back 15 of what I had lost.) I'm taking the steps to make that happen. For exercise: Slim in 6 (with some modifications to accommodate C-5 herniation (neck) and walking Healthy eating- lean protein & vegetable or fruit every time, major decrease of unhealthy fats and sugars! Drink lots of WATER Eat 5 times per day Nothing to eat 3 hrs w/in bedtime Supplements: Slimming Pack from Beach Body Home Direct (vitamins and wt loss formula) Well, this is it!
