Fitness started early in my life as I enjoyed high school sports, especially cross country and track. As I entered college, however, I found other things in life took priority. I was blessed with good metabolism which helped. As we all know though, that changes oh so quickly. My metabolism, after two children has definintely slowed down. I lead a fast-paced life and healthy eating is often pushed aside for convenience. Although I have never been "extremely" overweight, I struggle with the trouble areas that most women deal with after having children. I want to remain healthy for my family. I look forward to transforming my body as well!
