WINCHESTER, VA I'm the Mother of two girls and wife to a busy physician. I stopped practicing law when my oldest daughter was just a baby. I worked hard to lose weight and get in shape after the birth of my second child. That was the time that I had to figure out some things about myself and my weight. I had always been able to eat pretty much whatever I wanted to eat. I got ride of the mayo and sour cream I'm the Mother of two girls and wife to a busy physician. That was the time that I had to figure out some things about myself and my weight. I had always been able to eat pretty much whatever I wanted to eat. I got ride of the mayo and sour cream and even cheese for a time. Those were my foods that mde me fat. I started doing Pilates and hired a personal trainer eventually. From there I started teaching Spinning and that turned into more certifications and opportunities.
I currently teach cycling and other classes and do individual conditioning. My original goal was: I am in better shape than I have ever been and very much want to take it to the next and highest level. I discovered p90X on the TV. I never buy anythng from the TV. My friend though did buy it. I tried it and had to have my own DVDs. I did the X the first time and loved it but there was so much more to learn so my husband did it with me. That was so much more fun. I've done Chalean Extreme, some Turbo Jam, Hip Hop Abs, One on One with Tony, Slim in Six....and I really like and use often the Total Body Trainer. I LOVED the new INSANITY preview. Wow was that hard!
I love to travel with my family, hiking and exploring and yes, eating. I love to garden and just be outside in general. My two children are very much the focus of my life with my husband. I can not tell you how much fitness and BB has changed me. My BB friends are amazing! Keep on Bringing It!

I finished the X in much better shape than I started. I loved Chalean Extreme and had great results. I'm doing a modified X with some CE thrown in until Insanity comes out. I can't wait to see that one!
