My name is Andrew Taylor and I am 26 years old, a husband, and a father of
2 daughters. Throughout my life I have never been profiled as obese or
extremely overweight, but throughout my years of college and early years of
marriage, I noticed I was starting to pack on a few pounds. I have always had
the desire to be in shape and have been very involved in multiple sports
growing up.

The first couple of weeks I could barely make it through one workout! As I
progressed, however, I began noticing that the workouts, especially
Plyo(whew!) were starting to become a little less overwhelming and I started
thinking, "hey maybe I CAN do this!". And with Tony encouraging you every
step of the way, it allowed me to realize that I can succeed in doing this.
Tony will get you in the best shape of your life if you just follow the program
and eat right. Thanks Tony!

Not only was I getting in better shape, my body was starting to get more
definition and physique. My wife started noticing that I was getting in better
shape as well. After having done the program 3 times now, I am in the best
shape of my life! I have now lost a total of about 25 pounds and shredded
that final layer of body fat. I recommend this program to anyone who is
looking to get in amazing shape and change their life.
