My name is Andrew Taylor and I am 26 years old, a husband, and a father of 2 daughters. Throughout my life I have never been profiled as obese or extremely overweight, but throughout my years of college and early years of marriage, I noticed I was starting to pack on a few pounds. I have always had the desire to be in shape and have been very involved in multiple sports growing up. My name is Andrew Taylor and I am 26 years old, a husband, and a father of 2 daughters. Throughout my life I have never been profiled as obese or extremely overweight, but throughout my years of college and early years of marriage, I noticed I was starting to pack on a few pounds. I have always had the desire to be in shape and have been very involved in multiple sports growing up. However, I never really seemed to reach that point of fitness that sent me over the edge.
A year ago I decided to take part in P90X. WOW! I have never been through such a grueling workout in my life! Throughout the program I began noticing a change in my body and the way I felt as I went through the day. Tony Horton definitely pushes you each workout, but you come out of it feeling amazing! After I finished the program I was in the best shape of my life.
For reasons unknown by me I stopped working out, again! Consistency has always been hard for me. I'll work out hard for a couple of months, then quit for a couple of months. I have committed to living a healthier lifestyle, along with my wife who is doing Slim in 6. I feel that through these programs our fitness goals will be achieved. I have been going to the gym the last couple of months to lift, but I still felt like something was lacking. I figured out that even though I might be getting a little stronger and a little bigger, my overall fitness goals were falling way short.
Now having started P90X+, I realize that their is another level of fitness that I can attain. I have never been through a workout that pushes me like this does! It is just non-stop action!
Finally, what defines me as a person, a husband, and a father is my relationship with Jesus Christ. I could no more take my next breath, if it wasn't for Him in my life! I believe that our bodies are temples for God to use for His glory. As a Christian, I believe that it is important to take care of my body and what I put into it. I want God to receive glory by the way I live my life and the way I treat my body. It's the only body that I will ever have on this earth, and I believe God intended for us to take care of it.

The results that I achieved while attempting to master P90X were incredible! The first couple of weeks I could barely make it through one workout! As I progressed, however, I began noticing that the workouts, especially Plyo(whew!) were starting to become a little less overwhelming and I started thinking, "hey maybe I CAN do this!". And with Tony encouraging you every step of the way, it allowed me to realize that I can succeed in doing this. Tony will get you in the best shape of your life if you just follow the program and eat right. Thanks Tony!
Not only was I getting in better shape, my body was starting to get more definition and physique. My wife started noticing that I was getting in better shape as well. After having done the program 3 times now, I am in the best shape of my life! I have now lost a total of about 25 pounds and shredded that final layer of body fat. I recommend this program to anyone who is looking to get in amazing shape and change their life.
