I am recently single and have 3 beautiful boys. I got comfortable in the "married life" and started to put on some weight. After the seperation of my husband and myself, I realized how unhappy I have been with my appearance and needed a change. After I started working out every day, I felt my energy sky rocket and my confidence took off as well. I am still in the works, but I know that my hard work will pay off! Getting back into the "single" life will be difficult but at least I'll look and feel great!

Before I started my workout, I had just had my third son. I knew it would be difficult to get that "baby fat" off, but thanks to Beachbody everything is "falling" into place! I have gone down 2 clothing sizes and am keeping it that way! Still under construction! But well worth the wait!
