I started using Turbo Jam about 3 years ago, and lost a total of 116 lbs with
also eating properly, but I had a defect in my spine, had surgery, gain 40 lbs
back, and now having trouble getting it back off. I can't work out like I used
to after having a cage placed in my lower back, and now I'm very frusterated
with myself and very sad. I need help!!! I can no longer work because of my

back, and hubby workin as hard as he can, so I can't join a gym to do aqua
aerobics which the doctor suggested...hoping something can help.I don't
want to go back to being 265lbs again!!!!!

Like I said before, I've used Turbo Jam for a few years, lost 116lbs, but now need
help. After surgery, gained weight, and can't stay motivated to lose the 40 lbs
that I put back on. I went from a size 24 to a size 6, and now I'm back up to a
size 14...very sad!!!Hoping to find someone to help me stay motivated to get
back into that size 6!
