I'm a recent college graduate with a Bachelors of Arts degree in Religious Studies and History. My career plans changed, however, due to health problems, so I'm just living life and trying to figure out what I'm going to do. I LOVE books and am reading new ones constantly! I also enjoy movies, history, religions, languages, and being with friends and family. But Chalene Johnson's Turbo Jam workouts have changed that completely, and I am everyday a more healthy, happier person :)

I started working out with Beachbody.com last year and found a great tool to help keep me motivated and see results. Unfortunately, I gave up over spring and summer and ultimately gained back weight and inches. My goal now is to RElose the weight, tone up all over, and regain that sense of health and satisfaction I felt when I was working out on a regular basis.
