I've have been in the Health and Wellness field for 5 yrs now. I started out by getting back into shape myself about 6yrs ago. At the time I really didn't know what I was doing, but through trial and error I started to develop some excellent fitness habits. I was working in corporate america at the time in an office full of women who wanted to get Who is this Reginald Johnson guy anyway...
I've have been in the Health and Wellness field for 5 yrs now. I started out by getting back into shape myself about 6yrs ago. At the time I really didn't know what I was doing, but through trial and error I started to develop some excellent fitness habits. I was working in corporate america at the time in an office full of women who wanted to get into better shape. After about 6 months of inviting various people to the gym to workout, one lady took me up on my offer. She had the Gastric Bypass surgery a year prior and had started to regain her weight back. After a year of training and 60lbs lighter she now competes in various bodybuilding and fitness shows with me. I had no ideal that I would become a Personal Trainer, but with her referrals and my always expanding knowledge I was able to open M.aintaining E.xcellent Health.

My transformation story began before I joined Team Beach Body. About 7 yrs ago I was starting to see the effects of partying and eating what ever I wanted to when ever I wanted. I was always a pretty lean guy, but the active 3 Sport Star days were beginning to fade away. I made it a point to join a gym and start to get back in better shape. I began to love being in the gym and getting back in shape so I wanted to share my passion with other people and help them. Since then I've started my Fitness Coaching business and I love what I do.
I compete in various fitness shows across the Midwest, so I keep myself in decent shape year round. I am currently 8 weeks out from a Fashion Show I will be doing, so I decided to mix up the workouts a little. What I currently do now is a cross between the P90X Program and LL Cool J's Platinum Workout (I am amazed by both Tony's and LL's fitness style and appearance). So for the next 8 weeks I will be performing Phase 3 of the P90X program one week and the next week LL's Platinum Workout.
As you will see from my current before shot, I don't have a lot of muscle hardness or separation. I'm 100% sure that my experiment will yield me satisfactory results. I would love if you checked back every week to see my transformation take progress...until next time blessings.

FYI...My after photo is actually me last year after a bodybuilding competition...progressing photos for this transformation will be posted on a week to two week basis.
