I've been a customer of MDB since 2002. After lifting weights on my own on and off again for years I realized after trying the P90 series that I could get a better workout. I started the P90 in 2002 and lost weight and gained muscle. The problem is that I do get lazy and fall off the health band wagon at times. Usually my wake up call occurs when my pants start getting tighter. This happened again in late 2006 into early 2007. I have started back up in April of this year working my way back to the X Program again.
