I started bicycling two years ago and dropped nearly 30 lbs by commuting to work each day. I tried various cross fit programs until I discovered the P-90X program. I started the program on January 1st. I dropped 8 pounds in just the first month. I have completed both the P-90X and P90X Plus. I'm more fit and flexible now than I have ever been! Thanks Tony!!
